Warranty and Spare Parts Availability
1. For fuel tank trailers: 12 months or 100,000km from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
2. For Sinotruk, Howo, Shacman, Foton, Faw tractor head: 12 months or 100,000km from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
3. For Sinotruk, Howo, Shacman,Foton, Faw tipper/dump truck: 6 months or 60,000 km from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
4. The warranty only covers production defects from the manufacturer, but not including wearing and maintenance parts, such as filters, brake pads, clutch, lamps, fuse, lubricants, engine coolants, battery fluid, oil, tires, glass.
5. Spare parts supply is available at factory price during the whole lifecycle of the tractor head, trucks, tippers, and trailers, all parts can be purchased from our factory directly.

Shipping and Logistics
1. Solidox have different shipping options for its truck trailer, special vehicles, and various tractor head, rigid trucks, tippers, every year, plenty solidox trucks and semi-trailers are shipped to different ports across the world, especially in Africa, Russia, Middle East, Middle Asia, South America, Solidox truck trailers and special vehicles can be shipped by 20FT container, 40FT container, 40FT high container, open-top container, flat rack container, Ro-Ro ship or bulk vessel, subject to size of products and customer choice.
2. We will do wax spray before shipping to prevent rust, and proper stacked packing will be done before shipping to save freight cost subject to customer confirmation.
